Ingredients

    24 oz. fat-free cream cheese
    2 scoops whey protein powder
    (Vanilla was reccomended, but I just had great success with banana flavored)
    3/4 cup stevia
    1 T Vanilla extract
    3 eggs
    1 tbsp. lemon juice
    baking spray

    Opt- (not in nutritional info)
    Granola Topping
    Fruit topping

Tips

Picture has a sliced banana, granola chips, and sugar free maple syrup added. Each slice is still under 200 calories and it is indeed delicious.


Directions

Add cream cheese to microwavable bowl
Microwave for :20 to make spreading easier
Add two scoops whey protein to bowl
Add 3 eggs
Add 3/4 cup truvia
Add 1 T vanilla Extract and 1T Lemon juice
Mix well

Spray 9 inch aluminum baking pan with non-stick spray
Spread cheese cake mixture in pan

Bake 45 min @ 300 degrees
Place in fridge for 2-4 hours to set

Add granola and banana/strawberry slices to top if you wish
Also sugar free syrups, make it interesting

Serving Size: Makes 8 slices @ 150 cals each without topping
