Ingredients

1 box stove top stuffing mix
2 large chicken breast
1 can diced tomatoes
1T dry basil
1 cup skim mozzerela cheese
1 T Butter melted
1/4 cup of water
Tips
You can buy lower sodium stove top to even make a little healthier:-)
Serve with a salad and you have a great dinner
Directions
Prepare and 8x8 pyrex pan with non stick spray
Cube chicken breast into small bite size pieces. Arrange them in the bottom of the pyrex dish. Sprinkle with basil and cheese.
In seperate bowl combine stove top mix, water, undrained can of diced tomatoes and butter. mix together well then put as top and final layer of casserole.
Bake for 20 minutes at 400
