Ingredients

    2 chicken breast - cut into thin strips
    1 large Zucchini - cut into strips
    1 large red bell pepper- cut into strips
    honey
    worcestershire sauce
    Franks brand hot sauce


Directions

saute the chicken until almost cooked through. Add veggies and cook until the chicken is done, still leaving some texture to the veggies.

Mix all wet ingredients in a small bowl and add to the saute. cook for 1 mintue and serve over brown rice.
