Ingredients

    3 cans reduced sodium chicken broth (I use homemade)
    1 can diced tomatoes with onion, celery, and bell pepper
    1 pkg (13 oz) fully cooked andouille sausage sliced
    1 lg sweet potato peeled and diced into 1/2 " pcs
    1 box (7 oz) gumbo mix with rice


Directions

In a 4 qt slow cooker, stir together chicken broth, undrained tomatoes, sausage, sweet potato and gumbo mix until combined.
Cover and cook on LOW heat setting for 6-8 hrs or until sweet potatoes are cooked through
