Ingredients

    2.5 cups quick oats
    1 tbsp baking powder
    2 tsp cinnamon
    dash of nutmeg
    dash of ginger
    dash of cloves
    2 cups cooked butternut squash mashed
    1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
    1 egg
    1 oz plain greek yogurt

Directions

mix all together. place in muffin tins.
bake at 400 degrees for 20-22 minutes or until done.
