Ingredients

    1 ripe banana, peeled and mashed
    2 medium sized figs, stems removed and mashed
    3-4 blackberries
    1/2 cup nonfat milk
    1 tbsp extra creamy reddi whip (optional)

Directions

Blend together banana, figs, and berries.
Add the milk and blend on low until incorporated.

Serve over ice, top with reddi whip and a berry, if desired.
