Ingredients

    cauliflower, pulsed in food processor to size of rice
    mixed vegetables to taste (onion, frozen peas, chopped cabbage, diced celery, etc.)
    garlic
    2 eggs
    6 large shrimp
    3 oz. cooked chicken breast
    black pepper
    soy sauce
    coconut oil
    sesame oil

Directions

saute all veggies in coconut oil on high heat until tender
Season with pepper, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil
continue cooking while adding eggs, stir to scramble with veggies
add cooked shrimp and chicken before serving
