Ingredients

    4 oz. The Greek Gods Traditional Greek Yogurt
    4 oz. unsweetened almond milk
    70 grams frozen berries (I used strawberries for the nutritional calculations)

Tips

Add a small handfull of ice cubes before blending for a thicker, icier smoothie.


Directions

Measure all ingredients into a blender. Blend on high speed until berries are brokem down and all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
