    325 grams Beets (2 1/2 Beets fresh diced and boiled)
    1 Apple
    8 Radishes
    1/4 Red Onion
    1/2 Red Pepper Bell

    2 tbsn Cider Vinegar
    2 tbsn Onion Valida Dressing


Would be nice to add some walnut...


Peel, dice and boil the beets. When cooked, rince in cold water to cool off.

Diced the remaining ingredients. Mix everything together. Add Cider vinegar and dressing.

Serve on a bed of spinach. (not in claculation!)

Serving Size: 6 servings (about 1/2 cup)
