Ingredients

2 boneless (fat cut off) pork chops
2 tablespoons mccormic potato steamer mix.
4 baby red potatos
1/2 of a small onion
Tips
I dont think its to salty but just incase u may need to add som when done cooking.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Cut potatos into bite size peices. Slice onion into rings or slivers.
Lay pork chops in a baking dish.
Add potatos to the sides of the pork.
Sprinkle the mccormick seasoning to pork chops and potatos.
Add the onions on top of porkchops and potatos.
Add 1/8th cup water
Cover with foil.
bake for 40 minuets
Note: u can make in a slow cooker. Use low setting.
