Ingredients

    3/4 cup butter
    3/4 cup granulated sugar
    3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
    1/2 tsp ground sugar
    1/2 tsp salt
    3 cups coaches oats cracked n toasted oats
    1 pkg (11oz) Hershey's Butterscotch Chips

Directions

1. Heat oven to 375 degrees
2. Beat butter, sugar, & brown sugar in large bowl until well blended. Add eggs and Vanilla, beat well. COmbine flour, baking sode, cinnamon, & salt, gradually add to butter mixture. beating until well blended. Stir in oats & butterscotch chips, mix well.

3. Drop by heaping spoonfull onto ungreased cooked sheet. Bake 8-10 miuntes or until golden brown. Cool slightly, remove from cookie sheet to wire wrack or plate. makes approx 4 dozen cookies.
