    1/2 c Dannon Activia Plain Yogurt (or other brand if you choose)
    3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
    2 Tablespoons Grand Marnier Orange Liqueur

    *Note: You can also substitue low-fat sour cream for the yogurt. Also very tasty.


Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and let sit for 30 minutes in refrigerator before serving. Enjoy with fruit of your choice.
