Ingredients

    Pork Tenderloin, 14 oz
    Apricot Jams and preserves, sugar-free, .5 cup
    Ocean Spray, Craisins Original Sweetened Dried Cranberries 1/3 cup (40g), .25 serving
    Apricots, dried, .125 cup, halves
    Bolthouse Farms Thousand Island Yogurt Dressing, 4 serving
    *Brown Rice, long grain, 1 cup
    *Swanson Natural Goodness Chicken Broth, 2 cup
    *Soup- Onion dry soup mix (Lipton),

Directions

Spray Crock-pot with non stick spray. Put one cup uncooked rice in bottom, pour broth over. Place tenderloin on top. Spoon preserves onto it, pour soup mix on top of that and top with dressing. Sprinkle craisins and apricots on top. Cook on low for 7-10 hours in crockpot or until meat is tender and rice is done.
