Ingredients

    1 box Betty Crocker Butter Pecan cake mix
    1 1/4 c. water
    1/3 c oil
    3 egg whites
    1 very ripe banana, mashed
    1 lg. box banana cream pudding, (dry)
    1 c. pecans, (or choice of nut)

Directions

Mix cake mix as directed on box. Add dry budding to mixture. Mash banana well and add to batter with mixer. Mix until well blended. Stir in nuts of choice.

Pour into bread pan, it will take (2) pans. Bake as directed on box, check. If test pick is not clean when poked through center bake additonal 5 minutes, checking until done. Usually takes about 45-50 minutes.

    I looked and looked for a banana nut bread recipe with a cake mix. And yours also uses a jello banana cream mix. I am headed to the kitchen to make it right now. I might also add some sour cream and some oatmeal.
    I think you should add the world "cake mix" to your title instead of "easy".
