Ingredients



    Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 125 grams (remove)
    Milk, nonfat (skim milk), 0.25 cup (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, 0.25 cup (remove)
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Coconut Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    egg white, fresh, 1 large (remove)

Tips

The batter us very thin but don't worry, that's how it's suppose to be


Directions

Blend the chickpeas with milk and vanilla extract. Then add the remaining ingredient one at the time blending after each addition.
Divide batter into 6 muffin cups and bake at 350 F for 15 min.
