Ingredients

    1 Lb. lite cream cheese softened
    1/2 cup sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 pt. low fat sour cream
    2 tbs. flour

    4 lf Graham cracker boards

Tips

Chocolate Amaretto Cheesecake : Add 2 tbs amaretto and 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder.

Pumpkin cheesecake: add 1 cup canned pumpkin, reduce to 2 eggs and add cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice.


Directions

Beat cream cheese with sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and sourcream. Mix well. Spray Pam onto 9"springform pan. Crush Graham crackers and line pan with crumbs. Pour cheese mixture into crust. Bake 375 for 30 minutes. Leave in oven with the door closed for 1 hour.
