Ingredients

    1 15oz package Pork Roast au jus
    1 Can Bush's Seasoned Black Beans
    2 TBSP Sofrito

Directions

1. Transfer roast (including juices) to microwave safe dish; top with black beans and sofrito.
2. Cover loosely; microwave on MEDIUM (50%) for 10min or until thoroughly heated.
3. Break pork roast apart using two forks; stir until blended; microwave on HIGH 2 min to blend flavors
4. Spoon over rice
