Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    Perdue Ground chicken : 2 package
    *Goya Dark Red Kidney Beans 2 cans
    *Hunt's Fire Roasted Diced Tomato 3 cans
    *McKormick chili seasoning, 1 packet
    *Jalepino Pepper - Fresh, 2 peppers
    Onions, raw 1 large onion

Tips

Serve plain or if you have remaining calories... add a little cheddar on top and crumble harvest cheddar sun chips on top too :)


Directions

brown chicken in a frying pan. Throw in slow cooker. Chop onion. Dump remaining ingredients (I always wash the goop off my beans) into slow cooker and stir to mix up chili seasoning. Cook on high for 4 hours.
