Ingredients

    1 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
    2 Cups Water
    3 Medium Apples
    3 TBS Creamy Peanut Butter
    1 TBS Honey

Tips

Add Cinnamon, Nutmeg, and Allspice to taste for an "Apple Pie" flavoring.


Directions

First, core apples and dice fine in a food processor.
Pour two cops of water in pan, add apples and peanut butter. Bring to a boil.
Next, reduce heat to simmer, then add oats and honey.
Cook on low heat for 4-5 minutes, stirring enough to not stick to pan.
Remove from heat, set aside covered for 3 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 4 equal sized servings
