Ingredients

    1 package Tofurky Italian Sausage
    2 packages Westsoy cubed Seitan
    Onions, celery, kale, carrots to taste
    Potatoes - 3 large or the equvilant in small red potatoes
    I large can diced tomatoes
    1 cup wild rice (don't use any other rice because of the way the other rice will expand and overtake the stew)
    1 cup of red wine
    4 cups of veggie broth.
    Add extra water if needed to cover everything
    Season with Salt, pepper, thyme, oregano (and whatever else tastes good to you!)

Directions

Put all ingrediants into the slow cooker (or in a pot on the stove), simmer on low for 5-6 hours. The longer is cooks, the better it tastes.
