Introduction

Ingredients

    Indian, Aromatic Basmati Rice, aprox 3/4 cup, 2.5 serving , cooked (remove)
    Beans, black, 1.5 cup, cooked (remove)
    Onions, raw, 2 small (remove)
    *Capsicum 1 small, 2 serving (remove)
    Garlic, 4 cloves (remove)
    Cilantro, raw, 6 tbsp (remove)
    *Salsa, Herdez Salsa Casera Mexicana Picante, 6 tbsp (remove)
    *Low-Sodium Worchestershire Sauce, 2 serving (remove)

Tips

A combination of salsa and worchestershire sauce will work, as ive used here, but is best when using Salsa Lizano.


Directions

Cook veg together first in non stick pan. Add rice, beans and sauce. Works best with leftover rice.
