    -2 oz whole wheat noodles, uncooked
    -3/4 C low-fat ricotta cheese
    -1 C chopped zucchini
    -1 C chopped mushrooms
    -1/2 C fresh herbs: chives, basil, parsley


Cook noodles, drain & return to pot. Add ricotta cheese, zucchini, mushrooms and herbs. Mix together and cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
