Ingredients

    1 Cup canned coconut milk, full fat
    2 T. Pumpkin puree
    1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    liquid stevia, to taste

Directions

Whisk together milk, pumpkin and pie spice, in a small pan over medium heat, until mixture starts to steam. Remove from heat add in vanilla and stevia and stir again. Pour through a seive to strain pumpkin, and into a glass jar. Store in fridge for up to a week.
