Ingredients

    Pumpkin puree, 1 can
    1/2 c egg beaters
    Nu Naturals stevia to taste
    1 cup almond milk
    pumpkin pie spice to taste
    1/4 cup corn starch

Tips

Try making with a healthy crust of oats, prunes, nuts in food processor.


Directions

Mix corn starch with milk. Mix everything else together then bake at 375 for 50-60 minutes. Let cool on wire rack. Refrigerate.
