Ingredients

    1 Chicken Breast, boneless and skinless
    3 tbsp Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil (reduced fat)
    2 tsp Curry powder
    1 tsp Turmeric, ground,
    1 - 2 tbsp Fresh Chives, finely chopped

Tips

I personally like to add some more curry and turmeric to the mayo mix to bring to taste.


Directions

Rub the chicken breast with the curry and turmeric and cook in broth till very tender (ready to pull apart)
When pulled apart, mix with mayonaise and finely chopped fresh chives.


Serving Size: Yields enough for about 4 sandwiches
