    Lime Juice, 1 fl oz
    Cilantro, raw, 2 tbsp
    Boneless, skinless chicken breast, 16 oz
    One Jar Herdez Casera Medium Salsa, 16 oz
    Old El Passo Taco Seasoning - 1 pkt,
    Salt & Garlic Powder to taste


Top a baked potato with chicken, cheese, sour cream and pico (I made this last night and also seasoned the outside of the potatoes with a taco seasoning/ranch dressing mix cause everyone typically eats the skin. YUMMY!!)
Add a a packet of ranch dressing mix, chicken broth and a can of Ro-tel for tortilla soup. Serve over crushed chips and top with sour cream and cheese.

Taquitos - roll in corn tortilla with cheese and bake until crispy


Place chicken breasts in crock pot. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over chicken. Cook on low for 7-8 hours. Shred with forks and cook on warm for an additional 30 minutes.
