*sweet yellow onion, raw (1 medium onion), .5 serving (remove)
*coconut flour, Bob's Red Mill, organic, 4 tbsp (remove)

Directions
Mix all ingredients thoroughly, using hands. Press into 8 x 8 inch pan.
