Ingredients

    *90% Lean Ground Beef, 16 oz (remove)
    Grass-fed ground lamb (MBG), 16 oz (remove)
    *365 Organic Tomato Paste, 6 oz (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    *Giorgio Mushroom Pieces & Stems (1 can 3 half cup servings), 0.5 cup (remove)
    *sweet yellow onion, raw (1 medium onion), .5 serving (remove)
    *coconut flour, Bob's Red Mill, organic, 4 tbsp (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 3 large (remove)

Directions

Mix all ingredients thoroughly, using hands. Press into 8 x 8 inch pan.
Bake at 375 degrees until done 35-45 minutes.
