    Very Good
I find that the tuna stays moister if it's wrapped in aluminum foil. This recipe also works with other darker fish such as salmon or swordfish. - 1/14/11

I made this in an iron skillet for the 25 minutes, next time, I will reduce the time in the oven...It was difficult to tell when it was done and I over baked it.:>( still good though - 1/20/09
