Ingredients
-
1 C water
2 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
3/4 C Ragu Spaghetti Sauce
1/4 C of Part Skim Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Place 2 frozen Chicken Breasts in the crockpot with the 1c of water and slightly season with pepper and salt (I also used oregano).
Let cook for about 2 hours on HIGH and then switch setting to LOW for another 2 hours. Add the Ragu Speghetti Sauce over the chicken breasts and cook an additional 2 hours.
After the 2 hour cooking time, shred the chicken with 2 forks while still in the crockpot. Chicken should shred easily with fork.
Add cheese 30 minutes before serving, and stir in your crockpot. After the 30 minute cooking time it will be ready to serve!
