Introduction

Easiest Muffins EVER! Easiest Muffins EVER!

Ingredients

    Two boxes of Betty Crocker Super Moist Spice Cake mix
    One 29oz can of 100% Pure Pumpkin

Tips

Mini muffins can also be made from this recipe. Two mini muffins will equal out to be one regular sized muffin.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Take two box of Betty Crocker Spice Cake Mix and pour in bowl. Add one 29oz can of 100% pure pumpkin - NOT pie mix. Mix together well - make sure no clumps of cake mix. Put batter into a zip lock bag. Cut corner of bag and squeeze mix into muffin pan liners - only fill 2/3 full. Bake at 350 till done - use toothpick to make sure they are done.

Receipe will make 48 muffins - no eggs or oil are added! This is NOT a gluten free recipe.
