Ingredients

1.2 lb ground turkey; cooked with seasonings to make "sausagey" - salt, pepper, crushed red pepper, splenda, squirt of maple syrup, degreased and crumbled/diced
2 bags of frozen peppers & onions
20 oz. hash browns, frozen
3/4 cup cheese, shredded (mix of pepper jack & habenero)
1 carton of egg beaters - approx 7 eggs
Salt & Pepper to taste
Siracha
Directions
1. Grease or use a crock pot liner.
2. Layer ingredients starting with frozen hash browns followed by meat, onions, peppers, and cheese.
3. Repeat layer twice.
4. Beat the eggs, salt, pepper, and siracha together.
5. Pour over the layered ingredients in the crock pot (ensure everything gets moistened well)
6. Cover. Cook on Low for 7 hours.
