    2 pounds Center Cut Pork Loin
    2 Large Onions, Sliced
    8 Medium Potatoes, Cut to Fit
    8 Carrots, Cut to Fit
    4 Stalks Celery, Cut to Fit
    1 tsp Dried Garlic
    1 tsp Dried Rosemary
    1 tsp Dried Sage
    1 Tsp Dried Thyme
    1 Tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper


Trim excess fat from pork loin.
Rub pork loin with spices.
Place in crock pot fat side down
Add vegetables, cut to fit into crock pot
Turn on low and cook until pork is tender - 4-8 hours.
Servers approximately 8.

    hmm..just wondering why there aren't any fluides listed.Dont you need something like water or beef stock etc? - 1/10/11
