Introduction

I drink this every morning before and after my workout!
The lemon and apple cut the "green" taste just enough to make it really tasty. Every now and then I will add in Kale and add some ginger just to change it up a bit.

Ingredients

    Run the ingredients through juicer in this order:

    1 cup (large handful) fresh Spinach wrapped in
    4 Romaine lettuce leaves
    1 med. Cucumber (peeled)
    3 med. Celery ribs
    3 med. Carrots
    1 med. Lemon (rind removed)
    1 med. Apple (core removed)


Tips

Peel all fruits and veggies that are not organic.


Directions

Run all ingredients through the juicer and drink!!

Serving Size: makes about 12 to 24 oz of juice
