Ingredients

    2 egg whites
    1/3 cup baking splenda mix
    1/3 cup granulated sugar
    1tsp vanilla
    1 can pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
    2/3 cup nonfat milk
    1 1/2cup or a little more of whole wheat flour
    1tsp baking soda
    1tsp baking powder
    1tsp nutmeg
    1tsp cinnamon
    1tsp pumpkin pie spice

Directions

combine egg whites and sugar until thick
add in vanilla, pumpkin, milk...mix until blended
add in baking soda, baking powder and the flour slowly
add in the rest of the ingredients
