Ingredients

    1/3 cup whole wheat flour
    1/3 cup quinoa flour
    1/4 tsp salt
    2 tsp baking powder
    2/3 cup rice milk (can also use soy or almond)


Tips

I like to top them with tahini and fresh fruit.


Directions

Mix dry ingredients together and then add rice milk. Use oil or cooking spray, or a nonstick pan. Flip when pancake is bubbly and the edges look a little dry.

Serving Size: makes 6 medium pancakes
