Ingredients

    1 lb Chicken Thigh
    1 cup onion, chopped
    1 tsp pepper
    1 tsp onion powder
    2 tbsp butter(optional)
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp lemon pepper

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400 F
2. Place chicken in striaght line on aluminum foil
3. Sprinkle seasoning on each piece of chicken
4. Flip chicken and season other side
5. Add onion and butter
6. Seal aluminum foil
7. Cook 45 minutes
8. Unwrap chicken and bake 10- 15 minutes
