My favorite new ice cream alternative! My favorite new ice cream alternative!

Ingredients

    Vanilla Yogurt (I use Lite 'N Fit)
    Strawberries
    Blackberries
    Kiwi
    (You can change the fruits based on your tastes and what is in season in your area)

Directions

I put a cup of yogurt in a bowl, slice up the strawberries and kiwi, throw in the blackberries, and try not to inhale it in 2 seconds flat! Sometimes I add grapenuts for some crunch and fiber, or almond slivers for extra protein, or a tiny bit of chocolate chips to make it an extra treat. I don't even miss ice cream when I eat this, and it's SO filling!
