Ingredients

    1 lb. baby potatoes, quartered
    1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
    1/2 tsp paprika
    1/2 tsp onion powder
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/4 tsp dried rosemary
    1/4 tsp dried thyme
    1/4 tsp dried ground mustard
    1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Tips

I use fast-cooking baby potatoes, if you are using a normal variety that do not specify a quicker cooking time, they may require at least 40 minutes to cook all the way through.


Directions

Preheat oven to 375. Place quartered potatoes in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil. Season potatoes with all spices; stir until potatoes are equally coated. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender.
