    100 gr skimmed milk powder
    50 gr reduced fat cocoa
    3 tbsp splenda or any other sweetener of your choice
    (The nutritional info is for 40 stevia baking blend which adds a little calories and lots of fiber, so you might want to recalculate the nutritional value for your own sweetener)
    1/3 cup skimmed milk


Mix all dry ingredients first. Add the milk and mix until homogeneous. Will have the perfect consistency after a night in the fridge. Enjoy :)

Do not forget to keep in the fridge and consume within a week or you'll get mold!

Serving Size: Makes about one cup of cocoa spread, a total of 8 servings. Each serving should be about 2 tbsp.

1 serving counts as one tolerated food if you used skim milk powder and 2 if you used regular milk powder.
