Ingredients

    Marinade:
    1/4 cup canola oil
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. marjoram
    1/4 tsp. thyme


    1 lb. turkey tenderloin

Directions

Mix marinade ingredients. Marinade turkey 2 to 4 hrs.

Cook over medium coals 13 to 18 minutes or until no longer pink, turning once.
