Ingredients

    -4 Tbsp Powdered Sugar
    -4 Tbsp Peanut Butter
    -4 Tbsp Chocolate Chips

Directions

1. Put powdered sugar and peanut butter in a bowl.
2. Mix ingredients together. They will form a crumbly dough mixture.
3. Put wax paper on a plate or cookie sheet.
4. Take 1/8 of the mixture and roll it in your hands to form a ball. Flatten to make the egg shape and place on the plate. Repeat with the other 7 eggs.
5. Melt the chocolate chips.
6. Spoon chocolate over the top of each egg. You could double the amount of chocolate if you want to dip the whole egg into the chocolate, rather than just topping it.
7. Put in the fridge for at least an hour for chocolate to harden (or the freezer if you're impatient like me). I keep the eggs in the fridge until they're all eaten...but that doesn't typically last more than 24 hours.
