Ingredients
-
Meatballs:
1 Ground turkey roll (1 pound)
1/2 Cup plain bread crumbs
1 jumbo egg
4 Tablespoons Grated Parmesean Romano cheese
4 Cloves Garlic, grated
Gravy:
4 Cups Light Chicken Stock
1 Lipton Dry Onion Mushroom soup packet
1/2 Cup Mushrooms
2 Tablespoons white flour
Tips
Whisk, whisk, whisk that flour, or else you'll have lumps in your gravy.
Directions
Mix all of the ingredients for the meatballs together, and form into 8 equal balls. Spray a wide pan with cooking spray, place on medium heat. Drop meatballs in pan and brown on all sides. Add in the chicken stock, making sure the meatballs are mostly covered. Sprinkle in the dry soup packet, and add mushrooms. Stir well, scraping the bottom of the pan. Cover, and let boil for 20 minutes.
Remove meatballs from liquid. Slowly sprinkle in flour and whisk until dissolved. Let thicken slightly, then add meatballs back in, coating with gravy. Continue to cook until gravy is desired thickness.
