Ingredients

    1 can (15 ounce) pure pumpkin
    1/2 cup skim milk
    4 beaten eggs
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    2.5 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
    1 cup granulated stevia in the raw

Directions

-in a large bowl, mix all ingredients
-pour mixture into a 9-inch pie pan
-bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until a knife comes out clean


Serving Size: 8 to 10 slices in a 9-inch pie pan
