Introduction

Light baking powder biscuits, made with almond milk and olive oil. Light baking powder biscuits, made with almond milk and olive oil.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Flour, white, 2 cup
    Baking Powder, 3 tsp
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Olive Oil, .33 cup
Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Original, 6 oz

Tips

I spritz olive oil onto a stoneware baking sheet. To save hassle, I make drop biscuits and tap them flat with the back of the spoon. If cut biscuits are desired, save time by pressing out rectangle and cut into squares with pizza cutter. If fun biscuits are desired, use deep cookie cutters for fun shapes.

Directions

Mix dry ingredients throughly. Cut in olive oil with a pastry blender. Stir in almond milk with spatula or spoon. Either roll out or drop onto greased baking sheet. Cook 15-17 minutes at 450F.

Serving Size: Makes 12 biscuits
