Introduction

Cook boneless pork chops and this sauce together in the crock pot. This recipe makes enough sauce for 1.5 to 2.5 lbs of boneless pork chops. I always end up with sauce left over after the chops were eaten, so I calculated the nutrition for just the sauce--half cup servings, which is plenty. Just remember to log your pork chop, as well.
