Ingredients
-
1 banana
1 cup dry oats
optional- add some cranberries in here, or raisins or cranberries for sweeter. Also 1-2 T natural peanut butter would be a nice addition
Tips
Calling these cookies seems unfair. More like energy balls disguised as cookies, especailly if you add some PB in there :)
Directions
Mash the banana in a bowl, add old fashioned oatmeal and mix well. Stir in any additions as well
Spoon onto cookie sheet or foil in balls
bake at 350 F for 15-20 minutes, or until slightly golden
Serving Size: Makes 8 cookies at 50 cals each, so no worries about eating multiple!
Number of Servings: 8
