Ingredients

    * Olive Oil, .5 cup
    * Distilled Vinegar, 3 tbsp
    * Worcestershire, 3 tbsp
    * Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 3 tsp
    * Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields
    * Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 cup
    * Garlic Clove, 1

Directions

If you have the time, let the clove of garlic infuse in the oil overnight. Otherwise finely dice garlic into oil.Mix olive oil, vinegar and mustard. Pour worcestershire, lemon juice and oil mixture on 1 head of lettuce. Top with parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to taste and toss.

    Was very tasty. Doesn't take a lot of dressing for your salad. May tweak it a little, but overall good flavor. - 4/2/08
