    20 ounce Turkey breast meat 2 inch diced,
    2 Onions chopped ( one red and one white )
    Garlic 5 cloves minced
    8 cup, Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth
    5 cup Spinach, fresh,
    1 can drained Beans, black,
    1 can Beans, red kidney
    1 tsp *Cumin,
    1 tbsp Chili powder,
    2 tsp *Onion powder
    1 tsp Paprika,
    1 tsp Oregano, ground,
    8 serving Pacific Natural Foods Organic Diced Tomatoes,
    1/4cup, 2 serving *Celantro, fresh chopped
    1 fruit Avocados, California (Haas), without skin and seeds chopped
    Best of Eden tortella chips.


1. Add olive oil to large frying pan, Saute turkey onion, and garlic.
2. Add to crock pot.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients except the avocado.
4. Serve Avovado diced on top with baked tortella chips, optional,
Cook for 6-8 hours on low.
