Introduction

This is one of my favorite foods my Grandma makes. Just drop it all in the crockpot and go! This is one of my favorite foods my Grandma makes. Just drop it all in the crockpot and go!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6 pork loin chops
    1 can Cambell's Chicken with Rice Soup
    1.5 tbsp Vegetable Oil
    Pam spray

Directions

1. Spray Pam inside crockpot, on the bottom and sides.

2. Brown chops in oil (3 to 5 min. on medium heat). Layer chops in the bottom of crockpot.

3. Spoon soup into crockpot, making sure to get an even amount of rice mixture on top of each chop.

4. Cover with lid and let cook in crockpot on low for 5-7 hours.

Serves 6.
