    250grams of Chicken livers
    Stick of butter
    3 cloves garlic
    Sprig of sage
    Pinch of salt and pepper
    1 tsp Lemon juice
    ! Tsp Sherry
    2Tsp Greek Yogurt


Add tabasco,chilli, cayenne pepper for that special kick.


Fry chicken livers till brown with butter.
Smash with a fork till crumbly.
Add sage,garlic,lemon juice,salt and pepper and a dash of sherry.
Fold in the Greek yogurt.
Chill and serve with melba toast or fresh bread.
